What data we collect
- Contact form: the name, email address, subject and message you write.
- Technical browsing data: the server and the security and content delivery network (CDN) service automatically log data such as IP address, browser, date and requested page, for security and operation purposes.
- Downloads: downloading a program requires no sign-up and no personal data.
What we use it for
- Replying to the messages you send through the contact form.
- Keeping the site secure, preventing abuse and fixing technical problems.
We do not use your data to send you advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build profiles.
Legal basis
- Consent: by ticking the box in the contact form you agree that we process your data to reply to you. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest: for the technical logs needed to keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than 12 months afterwards, unless a legal obligation requires longer. Technical logs are kept for the periods set by the hosting provider and the security service.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Some providers act as processors so the site can work: the web hosting provider, the email service that delivers form messages and the security and CDN service (Cloudflare). Some of them may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for portability. Write to us from the contact page stating which right you want to exercise. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
